Our sharePhotos facility is more than just a way of putting your event photos on the web.

• What can I have on my sharePhotos pages?
  
  You can have . . . information about your event (when it happens, the main people involved, how to get to the venue, details of any pre-event functions that may be organised, your pre-event message to your invited guests, details of the menu, entertainment) and you can update this infomation as your plans develop.

• What about a gift registry?
  
  For weddings and parties you can add a list of gift ideas. If a friend lets you know that they will give you a particular gift, we can update your list.

• Can I get messages through my sharePhotos pages?
  
  Yes, we can include a message board/guest book for your friends to leave their comments.

• How can I promote my sharePhotos pages?
  
  We can supply table cards with your message of thanks to the participants of your event and details of the link to your sharePhotos pages.

• Can my photos be copied from the sharePhotos pages?
  
  Your sharePhotos pages will enable participants in the event to buy their own photos, direct from the site. We do stop 'right click' image copying and warn that the photos are suitable for screen viewing only.

• Can anyone look at my sharePhotos pages?
  
  Your sharePhotos facility is keyword protected. You can include the details of your password in your invitations or event promotion or let your friends know about your sharePhotos pages by including a link in an email.

• Do I have to have a keyword?
  
  No, we can put your sharePhotos pages in the public area of the site so anyone can have access.

• How long can my sharePhotos pages remain available?
  
  As long as you want. We include a three month sharePhotos facility in most of our packages. After that we'll negotiate a monthly cost.

• How many photos can I include in my sharePhotos pages?
  
  We don't apply any limits. If you have several functions in association with the one event, we can set up separate galleries (for example, for a conference you could have separate galleries for Day 1, Day 2 etc) to make it easier to locate a particular photograph.
  
  We can also have sections or groups of photos within a single gallery.
