We have a range of services which can be tailored to suit your budget.

Experienced photographers using professional camera and flash equipment. Non-flash photography is used where appropriate. Our staff are well presented and courteous - we will be pro active in gettting the images you need, or operate in the background recording candids of your event.
All our packages include your high resolution image files with unrestricted usage rights made available to you within 24 hours of your event (we'll colour balance and tweak them for you). We can burn images to disc or usb drive onsite if you wish.

We provide a complimentary web gallery of all your images so you can share your event or conference. Our galleries receive a lot of post conference hits so we'll add sponsor logos and your corporate message to maximise your event's impact. Prints can be purchased direct from the online gallery and we can provide free downloads for your delegates or guests. You can visit a typical conference web gallery.
We can set up our mobile studio (lights and backdrop) for those special images. We offer onsite printing using high speed dye-sublimation professional quality printers. Prints can be overprinted with your logo or message to maximise your public relations value and presented to your guest in a matted folder. Print sizes up to 8x12 inches available onsite.
Get your message into the social media networks with our photo email package. We email your guests' photos (with your logo or message overlay) so they receive them in their mail box or on their smart phone within a few minutes of our click. It's just a short step from getting posted on their Facebook page or being tweeted.
Our post-event poster service is a great souvenir - available in A3 or A2 size, we'll add a bunch of images to celebrate your event.
Our dvd presentations are great for extended conferences. Have your delegates walk in to a screen presentation of images from the previous day's events - it's a great way to help your delegates focus and re-enjoy the conference activities. We can add sponsor images and details of the conference program to the presentation.
We love designing photobooks - they make a great record of your function or project. The perfect gift for the guest of honour following your function.

Price Guide:

Conference photography starts at $450 per half day session.

This includes the photographer's time, post processing of images, high resolution image files on disc and our complimentary web gallery to share your event.

Our prices are based on the duration and size of your event. For extended coverage of your conference we offer discounted prices - tell us your needs and ask for a quote.

Our "click and print" onsite printing service (we can overlay your logo for a great conference give-a-way) is available at $10 per print (includes folder) with a minimum purchase of 150 prints. We also offer magazine cover set-ups to really wow your guests.

Our photo email service can have your guest's photo and your logo or message on their smart phone within minutes - that's promotion!

Our post-event posters are $70 for A3 size and $120 for A2 size. Discounts on additional copies.
