Spent some time at RSVP this week. It sounds like a dating agency doesn't it! But actually it is an annual exhibition of industry professionals who supply the event market.

I had produced a dvd for MLS Management for them to use on their stand showing the range of events they have put on and the artists and entertainers that they can access. The dvd was made up of images that I had shot at some of Mary-Louise's (MLS) events over the past couple of years. Mary-Louise got lots of great comments about the dvd, so hopefully it will generate some business for her.

It was good to get around the various suppliers and see what is current in the event industry. Caught up with a few people including Tony Bramwell. Tony is great value at any function - his caricatures are great fun - and I finally got him to draw me!

There were only two photographers at the exhibition. One from Canberra who provides a similar service to me, and the other that provides a green screen service (you get photographed in front of a green screen and then the background is replaced by another scene).

Busy week coming up with the AVA conference, over a thousand attendees, so it should be great fun to photograph.
